After creating an account you will see an "Earn" button in the navigation. Tap that to apply.
What is 100% chargeback protection?
It means we will never reverse tips if a chargeback occurs. We got you covered.
We use industry-leading safeguards to protect every transaction, including 3D Secure authentication, biometric verification through Apple Pay and Google Pay, and advanced AI-driven fraud monitoring.
These layers of security make it extremely difficult for unauthorized charges to occur and provide us with compelling, verifiable evidence if a dispute is ever raised.
Because of these protections, disputes brought in bad faith—such as attempting to reverse a legitimate tip—are overwhelmingly unlikely to succeed. This means you can keep 100% of your tips with confidence, and senders should know that false disputes will not hold up against the security evidence we provide.
When do I receive payouts?
Sent Pro users receive payouts every Monday.
Sent Simple (free) users receive payouts on the 1st of each month.
Does Sent Bio take a percentage of my tips?
Nope. You keep 100% of your tips.
What payment processor do you use?
We proudly use Stripe™ as our payment processor.
What information does the receiver see?
When users send a tip all the receiver can see is the amount and a name the sender enters (optional).
